Our plug-in NANO is a bootable, encrypted SSD that turns a gaming PC into a network node, with full control and an easy setup: you deploy your node without installing complex software. The NANO is $349 and includes 2 node licences, enough for one Standard session. It is manufactured and distributed by our hardware partner SIMMS and sold through authorized resellers.
If you would rather not use a dedicated device, a software-only node setup is also supported on qualifying rigs.
Step 1: Rig Check
The free rig check decides whether your rig qualifies and measures its capacity: how much of its power the network can put to work at once, in units. As a guide, it looks for:
System Requirements:

GPU: A desktop NVIDIA RTX card. More VRAM means more capacity.

CPU: Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 7/9 for multitasking and stability.

RAM: 16GB is sufficient on smaller setups; 32GB or more is recommended.

Internet: A wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps of measured upload.

Cooling: Proper airflow and cooling to prevent overheating.
Step 2: Order the NANO
Once the rig check confirms your system qualifies, you can order the NANO for $349 (indicative price; regional taxes may apply). The device is built and distributed by our hardware partner SIMMS and sold through authorized reseller webshops such as Freshminers.com.
Step 3: Setting Up Your Node
Once your device arrives, follow these steps to get it up and running:

Connect the NANO to your PC.

Boot from the NANO.

Restart your PC and open the BIOS by pressing
F2,F12, orDELduring startup. -
Set the YOM SSD as the primary boot device.

Save and exit the BIOS settings to continue.

Follow the on-screen setup:

Once the system boots into YOM Node OS, follow the guided setup.

Scan the code on the box with the operator app to link the machine to your account. The app creates your wallet for you.

That’s it: your node is ready to serve.
