what is the YOM NANO?

The YOM NANO is a small hardware unit that connects to your primary gaming PC over USB-C. A single cable carries both power and data, and a USB-A adapter is included. There is no technical setup: plug it in, scan the QR code, and you are live in minutes.

Boot your PC from the NANO when you are not playing, and it serves network sessions in its own isolated system, separate from your own Windows install. A NANO carries 2 licences, and at the network’s 50% utilization target the company model puts it at about ~$53 per month; what a host can run comes from the PC check. What you actually earn depends on network demand, your system specs, uptime, location, and the stability of your internet connection.

how to enter

Entering the NANO giveaway takes two steps: create a YOM operator account and quote repost on X, then complete the entry form. Both are mandatory, because we want the winner to be genuinely ready to run a node.

Create an account in the YOM operator app, then head over to X and quote repost our official launch announcement. In your post, answer three questions:

step 2: fill out the official entry form

Complete the official entry form so we can verify your identity and your hardware. Run the YOM rig check to review your specs, then upload a screenshot of your system information. This step is required, because it is how we confirm your machine is compatible before we ship anything.

how we pick the winner

The NANO goes to whoever scores highest on four criteria, weighted toward whether their hardware can actually run a node.

Every submission is scored against the same four criteria, so the result comes down to fit and effort rather than luck alone:

• Hardware compatibility (40%): meeting the GPU, CPU, RAM, and internet speed requirements.
• Quality of the quote repost (25%): creativity, authenticity, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Application responses (20%): how thoughtful your answers are and how well they align with what YOM is building.
• Community engagement (15%): active involvement in the YOM community.
