what's going on

We know many of you have been waiting longer than expected — thank you for sticking with us. Hardware availability upstream has been the bottleneck, and we've held off on shipping until we could deliver a NANO we'd stake our name on.

All pre-ordered units have arrived at YOM HQ in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Intake is complete and every device is now moving to the flashing station, where it gets imaged in-house with the YOM firmware and put through multiple quality checks before it goes anywhere near a shipping box.

Once a unit clears testing, it travels by car about 25 km east to our distribution partner Freshminers in Soest — also in the central Netherlands, roughly a 30-minute drive from our office. From there, Freshminers hands every order off to DHL Express for international fulfillment, and you receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is scanned.

We're moving as fast as we can without cutting corners.

    Packed units travel by car from our Utrecht office to our distribution partner Freshminers in Soest — about a 25 km / 30-minute drive east, also in the Netherlands.

    Freshminers hands orders off to DHL Express for international shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is scanned.
